Your job this summer

As a summer substitute in home care, you play a vital role in creating safe and secure care for patients who remain at home. You work independently and with support from colleagues within home help services and home rehabilitation. You work according to a schedule during the summer, with possibilities for both daytime shifts and on-call duties. Your job may involve:

• Planning, performing, and following up on health and medical care interventions in the patient's home
• Assessing patients' health conditions and taking nursing measures
• Managing medication
• Delegating and supporting care staff
• Collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other care providers

Who we are looking for

You are a registered nurse who thrives in independent work where you take responsibility and make decisions, while simultaneously being a natural part of a team. You are confident in your professional role, attentive to the patient's needs, and meet people with respect and professionalism.

Your qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least two years of professional experience
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and proficient computer skills

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in home care, geriatrics, or palliative care
• Experience with the medical record system Treserva
