Your responsibilities

Trågårns Home Care is now looking for an employee for a permanent position at 100%, where working hours are scheduled for evenings and every other weekend.

We at Trågårns Home Care are now looking for a new colleague. Here, you will work to provide good service, build nice relationships, and contribute to an increased quality of life for each individual. Together with your colleagues, you are an important piece of the puzzle in creating a meaningful everyday life for our citizens in need of support, care, and assistance.

You travel to the customer's home by bicycle or a short walk. You perform care tasks, such as personal hygiene, nursing care, and medical interventions, as well as providing support and help with household chores. As a nursing assistant, you will work as a permanent care contact for one or more individuals. This means that you participate in welcome meetings where you plan support measures together with the individual. You are responsible for the individual's implementation plan and document in the journal system Treserva. The role also involves having close contact with relatives and other collaborating parties. We work from a salutogenic approach where we see the healthy and bring out the person's own abilities.

Your workplace

Trågårns Home Care and security housing are located centrally in Linköping, with the starting point being Trågårns security housing, which consists of 37 apartments. The operations are a smaller and stable area where customers are located within a limited geographical area, which creates good conditions for continuity and close collaboration.

The work group consists of approximately 30 employees who work in two work teams and help each other in daily work. Many in the group have long experience and a strong customer focus.

You who apply

We are looking for you who have a completed upper secondary education, and it is meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant. You should have previous experience of working within care, support, and assistance. It is meritorious if you have experience of working from a salutogenic approach.

We want you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, and have good computer skills. In your work, you need to be able to cycle.

We are looking for you who are self-reliant, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward. You work well together with other people and listen and communicate in a clear way. You have an empathetic ability and can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations.
