Job Responsibilities:

You will be working with advanced healthcare within social psychiatry, LSS residences, SÄBO, and home healthcare. Your main tasks include:

• General and specific nursing care, medical assessments, and treatment responsibility to ensure the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by the physician.
• Creating, reviewing, and following care plans.
• Mentoring and advising nursing staff within the team, according to the client's established routines.
• Reporting, processing, and following up on deviations, as well as documentation in various operational systems.
• Participating in improvement work and organizational changes.
• Archiving and staffing the "Vård till Vård" (VTV) phone line (nurse-to-nurse advice).
• Performing specific tasks such as assessments, executing prescriptions, wound care, blood sampling, and providing support/guidance to nursing staff.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license (Sjuksköterskelegitimation).
• Swedish language proficiency at level C1.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• At least two (2) years of professional experience as a nurse.
• Recent experience: Have you worked as a nurse during the last two years?
• Competence and experience in handling advanced medical technical products, including:
• Medication pumps, tube feeding, PEG (changing, cuffing, care).
• Blood sampling and Catheter (KAD) care (changing, flushing).
• Infusions and injections.
• Mixing drips.
• Port-a-cath (inserting needle, taking samples).
• PICC line (dressing changes, sampling).
• Blood transfusions.
• CVK (Central Venous Catheter) – dressing changes and sampling.
• A Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) is required to issue an official SITHS card.

Merits:

• Experience with documentation in the Treserva health case system.
• Experience working as a nurse in SÄBO, LSS, social psychiatry, or home healthcare.
