About the RoleYou will step into a strategic assignment where the goal is to align CRM and ERP systems to work in the same direction. In a complex business environment with multiple programs and stakeholders, your task will be to create a clear target vision for how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement should support the business, interact with other business systems, and develop over time.
The role sits at the intersection of business operations, the CRM team, and the ERP organization. You combine business understanding with architectural thinking and help the organization make the right decisions regarding processes, integration strategy, and future solutions. This is a role for you who wants to influence target architecture, roadmap, and collaboration in a business-critical system landscape.
Responsibilities- You drive the dialogue between business operations, the CRM team, and the ERP organization to create alignment on goals, priorities, and next steps.
- You analyze current processes, ways of working, and system support to identify areas for improvement.
- You develop target architecture for the CRM platform and recommendations on how the solution can be harmonized with ERP and other business systems.
- You contribute to roadmap planning and alignment between different programs and projects.
- You support decisions regarding solution design, integration strategy, data migration, and business development.
- You simplify the integration landscape by pointing out opportunities for better structure and more uniform processes.
- You establish governance and collaboration models between relevant stakeholders.
- You lead workshops with business operations, product owners, architects, and other key personnel.
- At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, within Sales and/or Customer Service.
- Experience with solution architecture and functional design.
- Documented experience with large implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience working in the boundary area between CRM and ERP.
- Good understanding of integration architecture and data migration.
- Experience with process modeling and business development.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.
- Experience with roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and Dual Write.
- Experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience from international organizations or global rollouts.
- Experience leading workshops, training, and change management.
