We are now expanding our team and looking for a Service Sales professional with a clear hunter focus who wants to help expand our business.

ABOUT OUR FUNCTION

Our mission is to support our customers with service, maintenance, and commissioning to ensure that the products we deliver function according to specification. We do this by performing various service tasks such as commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support. Our service organization is nationwide, consisting of employees from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. Within the function, there are several specialist areas, giving us broad competence in both our product portfolio and the varied tasks involved in service work.

FläktGroup has a strong focus on sustainability, where our service portfolio, including retrofit solutions, plays a crucial role for the future. Through the development of our service operations, we continuously strengthen our accessibility and support to customers regarding the service and support of our products.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Sales professional, you are responsible for developing and strengthening our service business by identifying business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and selling value-creating service solutions.

You work closely with both customers and internal functions such as sales, acting as a key link between the technical aspects, the business side, and our customers' needs.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Drive sales of service agreements, upgrades, and aftermarket services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and present solution proposals based on customer needs
  • Work proactively with customer processing and follow-up
  • Contribute to the development of our service offering

The position is based in Stockholm or Norrköping. The role involves travel as our work covers all of Sweden. You report to our Service Manager Scandinavia, based in Gothenburg.

  • Having a natural ability to build trust in new meetings

You have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within ventilation, technology, or service
  • Documented experience in new customer acquisition
  • The ability to drive business independently from start to finish
