The team is responsible for managing and further developing several .NET applications within HR, with a focus on solutions that need to be stable in daily operations while being capable of long-term development.

You will become an important part of an agile team where you are involved from needs analysis to design, implementation, and improvement. The role suits you if you enjoy diving into existing systems, understanding how the business operates, and translating needs into sustainable technical solutions. You will work both on further developing existing applications and on improving processes, quality, and technical structure.

This is a role for you who wants to combine business-oriented development with broad technical responsibility across the entire stack in an environment where you have the opportunity to influence both solutions and working methods.

• You analyze business needs and translate them into effective and sustainable solutions.
• You design and implement solutions in a .NET environment.
• You develop both backend and frontend using technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET, and Angular.
• You further develop and improve existing applications within the HR area.
• You contribute to continuous improvements in working methods, quality, and delivery in the agile team.

• Several years of experience in .NET/C# development.
• Experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Experience with ASP.NET, including WebForms.
• Experience with modern versions of Angular.
• Good understanding of business-oriented development.
• Experience working in teams and in agile ways of working.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with existing systems and work broadly across the full stack.

• Experience in designing and implementing automated tests.
• Experience in modernizing legacy applications.
• Experience with test strategies and quality assurance.
