Hours of Work: Monday–Friday and every other weekend
Employment Level: 75%
Working Hours: 15:30–22:00
Employment Type: Permanent position with a six-month probation period
Start Date: According to agreement
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Oxelösund and work within Oxelösund Municipality.

As a temporary staff member, you will work in customers' homes providing varied support based on individual needs:

• Personal Care – assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Social Support & Conversation – creating security through presence and respectful interaction
• Support in Daily Life – help with meals and simple household tasks
• Supervision & Security – identifying needs and contributing to safe care
• Medication Delegation – administering medication according to prescription and documenting according to routine
• Documentation – documenting according to the implementation plan in various computer systems
• Security Alarms – responding quickly to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care duties and handling security alarms between 06:45–22:00. This means a varied role with both planned and more urgent interventions.

We are looking for you who are engaged and want to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Nursing Assistant Education (highly meritorious) – you have a completed education, preferably with experience
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – you can communicate clearly and document correctly
• Category B Driver’s License (meritorious) – you are a confident and experienced driver
• Cycling Proficiency (REQUIRED) – you feel comfortable traveling between customers by bike
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and maintain calm in various situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
• Digital Proficiency – you use mobile phones and computers in your daily work
• Medication Delegation (meritorious) – experience with medication management according to routine is a plus
