We are now looking for a Senior Requirements Specialist for Huddinge Municipality for a part-time assignment starting in August until December 17th.
About the assignment
The assignment is a consultancy role via Bemannia, starting August 26, 2017, until December 17, 2017. The position is part-time, approximately 50%. You will work at the unit's office in Huddinge. Remote work options are available.
Huddinge Municipality is in the final phase of a preliminary study ahead of the upcoming competitive tendering of its existing HR and payroll system. The assignment involves establishing structure, methodology, and working practices for requirements management and testing related to procurement and future implementation.
We are therefore looking for a senior requirements analyst who can also act as a requirements leader in the project.
The resource is expected to work independently in close collaboration with the main project manager and the responsible procurement officer.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and structure the requirements management work within the assignment
- Define and establish methodology for requirements gathering, requirements management, and testing
- Plan and conduct activities for needs and requirements gathering
- Structure and document business needs, requirements, and use cases
- Ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and testing
- Contribute to the preparation of procurement documentation related to requirements and verification
- Support the work on evaluation and verification methodology ahead of the upcoming procurement
- Collaborate with business units, project management, architecture, and procurement
- Provide advice on suitable working methods and structures for requirements and testing work in public sector operations
Your qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis and requirements leadership in large-scale business or IT-related assignments
- At least 3 years of experience working within HR, personnel, and payroll systems
- At least 3 years of experience leading and structuring requirements work in complex organizations
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and analysis
- At least 2 years of experience defining and applying requirements and testing methodologies
- At least 2 years of experience formulating functional and non-functional requirements
- At least 2 years of experience translating business needs into structured and verifiable requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with traceability between needs, requirements, and testing
- At least 2 years of experience working within municipal operations or other public sector entities
Merits
- Very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
- Excellent teamwork skills and receptiveness
- Good knowledge of competitive tendering or procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act)
- Good ability to work in preliminary studies
- Good ability in test leadership or verification work
- Good ability to drive change management or business development
- Good understanding of business processes, workflows, and system support within the HR area
- Good ability to work according to agile or hybrid working methods
- Good ability to apply established methods such as BABOK, ISO 29148, or similar established methods
- Good ability to work independently and drive work forward
- Good documentation skills and habit of working in a structured manner
- Good habit of working in complex stakeholder environments
- Possession of relevant certifications in requirements management, business analysis, testing, or related areas
