Your Role

In this role, you will become a central hub in our organization, ensuring that the technology and the people behind it collaborate in the best possible way. Your mission involves driving and developing our build environments, pipelines, and delivery processes, but equally important is your responsibility for the interfaces surrounding these areas.

You will serve as our primary Point of Contact for our central Dev/Ops and IT support organization, where you will coordinate and align their work with our internal needs. This means you will move seamlessly between designing complex software and acting as a bridge between different parties. You will have overarching system responsibility, solve technical challenges, and coach your colleagues, but your greatest strength is your ability to get things done through proactive communication and genuine drive.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop pipelines, build environments, and support systems.
• Act as the primary contact person and coordinate collaboration with Swexia.
• Ensure that our delivery processes maintain high quality and meet business requirements.
• Coach team members and contribute to a flat, solution-oriented culture.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the currently applicable regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
