Salary, bonuses, and benefits

You have a fixed salary + commission. The commission rate increases continuously depending on performance, and there is no upper limit to how much you can earn per month. You always have your base security to fall back on.

You have a driver's license, access to a car, and can start immediately. In the sales industry, application processes are fast.
