We are looking for you who are an experienced consultant with a broad foundation in organizational and leadership development. You are confident in leading training and development initiatives, while also having the ability to immerse yourself in a business, understand needs, and translate them into relevant and precise interventions. This can range from facilitating leadership programs and working with management teams to conducting assessments, handling conflicts, or supporting managers in their daily work.

An important part of the role is also the commercial perspective. You need to enjoy taking initiative, establishing contact with new customers, and building on relationships over time. At our company, not all assignments come ready-made – you are involved in creating both the assignments and the customer relationships, developing them further as your collaborations grow.

With this background, you will become part of continuing to develop our consulting operations in Gothenburg.

Key responsibilities as an organizational consultant include:

• Leading and executing consulting assignments – from initial needs analysis to implementation and follow-up
• Building, maintaining, and developing long-term customer relationships
• Working on selling assignments, both to new and existing customers
• Collaborating with colleagues in Gothenburg and nationally on various types of assignments
• Contributing to the development of our offerings and working methods over time

The assignments vary, but often revolve around areas such as leadership development, group and management team development, executive coaching, conflict management, workplace environment mapping, and organizational development. In this specific role, there is also an opportunity to work with school psychology assignments.

About us

Kry Företag works on developing individuals and organizations, combining a broad business within occupational health with a clear focus on organizational and leadership development.

We work based on science and proven experience, with a behavioral psychological foundation, and place great emphasis on ensuring our interventions are relevant in practice and lead to actual change for our customers.

Our organizational consultants are licensed psychologists, and we have close collaboration both locally and nationally where we share experiences. A large part of the assignments are carried out independently together with the customer, but we also work together on assignments, both in Gothenburg and nationally.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist or alternatively have other relevant higher education in a related field. You have also worked for a number of years with organizational and leadership development.

You have experience in independently driving assignments and feel confident working with training, facilitation, and development initiatives for managers and groups. You also have a good understanding of how to build and develop commercial relationships over time.

In this role, experience as a school psychologist is also meritorious.

About the position

The location is Gothenburg (we are centrally located on Kristinelundsgatan) and travel occurs both within the Gothenburg region and the rest of Sweden. The position is full-time and starts as agreed.
