Are you studying to be or are you a trained care assistant or auxiliary nurse with experience from working in home care? Are you ready for new challenges and want to work in one of Nacka's most dedicated and professional home care teams? Then we have a meaningful and varied job to offer you.

We are a cheerful team operating from our offices in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka or our office on Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden. We focus on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do.
To apply for the position with us, you must meet the following basic requirements:
- You are a trained care assistant according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's national vocational package of 800 credits.
- You have a valid license from the National Board of Health and Welfare as the protected professional title Auxiliary Nurse (Undersköterska).
- You have experience working in home care.
- You can cycle or drive an electric moped (class 2 if you do not have a driver's license).
- You have a B-driver's license.
- You master Swedish in speech and writing and can document in social journal systems.
- You need to have a mobile BankID or Freja eID.
Other important qualities:
- You preferably live in Nacka Municipality or a neighboring municipality.
- You are accustomed to working independently.
- You have a professional approach in your communications.
- You find it easy to cooperate and thrive in a flexible environment.
- You are stress-resistant and accustomed to taking responsibility.
- You are accustomed to working with mobile and digital platforms.
- You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
- You are social, outgoing, receptive, and have a positive attitude towards customers.
You have a genuine interest in helping people who need support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is being able to see their individual needs. You have the ability to handle even more pressurized situations.
Your tasks:
In home care, you work in our customers' own homes to provide the person with the care and support they are entitled to, according to the decision on assistance and the individual implementation plan.
The tasks may involve help with:
- Care and personal hygiene
- Support with dressing and undressing
- Social support
- Meals
- Cleaning and laundry
- Shopping
- Supervision
- Accompaniment to the doctor
- Guiding to activities outside the home
- Relief for relatives where we temporarily relieve the caregiver
- And much more
Work period and times:
We offer either day or evening shifts with duty every other weekend in a rolling two-week schedule. There is also the possibility to work on demand.
Working hours day shift: 07:15–approx. 16:15 or evening shift: 15:45–approx. 22:45. There are variants of fixed schedules with different levels of employment.
We have two offices in Nacka Municipality to be close to our customers. One office in Ektorp center in Nacka and one office in Saltsjöbaden. We believe you live nearby so that commutes to and from work are not burdensome. Please specify if you prefer to work from the Nacka or Saltsjöbaden office, or if it does not matter.
Means of transport between customers is determined by the operational needs. This means that despite having a driver's license, a car in the service is not guaranteed. The majority of our means of transport consist of e-bikes, bicycles, electric mopeds, and walking routes.

About us:
Annelies Hemtjänstteam is a private company founded in 2003, providing home care in Nacka on behalf of Nacka Municipality. Today we have approx. 120 employees. We have two offices we operate from, one in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka and one on Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden.
We work for as high staff continuity as possible in our planning. At the offices, we have administrative staff who plan employees and customers in different geographical teams/areas throughout Nacka Municipality.
We are Star-Marked for dementia diseases via the Swedish Dementia Center's educational program.
We have modern eco-friendly electric hybrid cars, electric mopeds, and e-bikes, work clothes, wellness benefits, modern massage chairs in the offices where you can get individually adapted massage before or after your work shift. We work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and customer interventions. We do not have a collective agreement, and occupational pension is offered to all permanent employees over 25 years of age.
