With growing business opportunities in public procurement, we are now strengthening our Bid Manager function, currently consisting of one person, by adding another Bid Manager – could it be you?
Your Responsibilities
As a Bid Manager, you play a central role in the business, taking full responsibility for the bidding process. You operate in an environment characterized by complex business deals linked to a wide range of products and services within waste circulation, where both commercial terms and product understanding are crucial.
The role includes, among other things:
- Driving and coordinating the entire bidding process from start to submission, planning, structuring, and advancing the work.
- Ensuring content, quality, and coherence in the bid by ensuring it meets current requirements and specifications and is presented correctly.
- Coordinating internal functions to create a cohesive, clear, and competitive offer.
- Working strategically with costing, selection, and business analysis, analyzing procurement documents, selecting relevant products, developing pricing, and assessing risks and opportunities in each business case.
- Evaluating and developing the bidding area to strengthen the company's competitiveness and enable bidding in new areas.
The position is based in Linköping, and you report to the CEO.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who combines a strong business acumen with good analytical skills. We believe you have a university degree in fields such as law or economics, as well as training in LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act). This, combined with experience from roles in public procurement, business development, purchasing, or sales, ensures you have a solid understanding of business processes, bidding, and contracts.
Your working style is characterized by structure and a clear focus on goals. You are curious and enjoy diving into products and solutions, while also appreciating working closely with different functions within the organization. The role demands high communicative skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.
San Sac's products are highly sought after, and we believe this is due to our cohesion and desire to develop. We are an organization with dedicated employees who work together to create simple, efficient solutions for a better climate and a greener future.
