About You

You like food, people, and sales just as much as we do! Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you enjoy doing the same. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It is also great if:

  • You are junior in your leadership skills and do not necessarily need experience in a leadership role, but see yourself as a future leader and are driven by leading others. Alternatively, you already have experience, but not in the grocery retail sector.
  • You are good at communicating, enjoy engaging your colleagues, and are skilled at creating a positive work climate.
  • You like people, put the customer's needs first, and are good at getting people on board – both customers and employees.
