To our store in Torp, we are now looking for a sales assistant for a fixed-term assignment. We want you to become part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At Systembolaget, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus.

The position is a fixed-term assignment during the period 2026-07-06 to 2026-08-09. You will work between 4–8 hours per day.

In your role as a sales assistant with us

The work in the store is varied. During a working day, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. This position primarily involves tasks such as cash handling and customer service.

As a sales assistant with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve customers who shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work with varying schedules, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing time.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, service work, and/or food and beverage.
