Are you a communicative person with previous experience acting as the central hub in installation projects? Entrecon Consulting has received several requests from our clients for senior and experienced installation coordinators/installation managers.

You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignment at our clients' sites.

Background & Profile

We are looking for you who have a relevant university or vocational higher education degree and have worked for a few years in the industry, acquiring good knowledge within ventilation, plumbing (VS), electrical, and/or control and regulation.

You speak and write Swedish fluently, speak and understand English, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

You should be professional, business-minded, direct, and clear in your communication, as well as have a good ability to build strong relationships with both employees, customers, and other involved parties in a construction project. We are looking for a motivated person with high social competence who can work independently as well as in a team. To fit the role of installation coordinator/installation manager, you need to be goal- and service-oriented, as well as humble. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a person, you are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility and working towards set goals. You are positive, humble, and a team player who understands what is required of you and how you should coach your group to achieve the set goals in the best possible way. You enjoy the role of leading and motivating others in your surroundings.

Furthermore, you are meticulous, cooperative, and a person who gladly contributes to creating a good atmosphere in the workplace. You are solution-oriented, structured, and driven. You have good collaboration skills and a high level of engagement.

You thrive with varied work and can switch between solving problems "here and now" to working more proactively and planning. You are used to handling many different tasks in parallel, but you never compromise on matters concerning safety and quality.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an installation coordinator/installation manager, you are responsible for:

• Installation coordination during the design phase
• Installation management during production
• Coordinated testing
• Development of program and system documentation
• Economic control and installation calculations
• Tenders and procurement of contractors and bids
• Scheduling and follow-up
• Review and control

The role includes supporting the design and production phases with ongoing installation technical questions, as well as prior to project handover.
