Product Owner – Digital Loyalty Solutions (Level 3–4)

Location: Solna (Hybrid – office days Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Engagement: Approx. 80% (equivalent to approx. 30–38 hours/week) Period: 2026-08-01 – 2026-12-31

About the Role and Team

You will become part of our Loyalty Solutions department and work in a cross-functional team focused on commercial digital development and partnerships. Your primary stakeholder is the commercial loyalty organization, and your task is to translate their business needs into world-class digital solutions.

As a Product Owner (PO), you are responsible for maximizing the value of the team's deliverables. You ensure that the product is continuously optimized to meet both customer and business needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the team. You work closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to break down requirements into prioritized features and user stories – from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog & Prioritization: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product vision and translate commercial roadmaps into digital solutions. Define architecture/features ahead of quarterly planning (Quarterly Planning) to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).
• End-to-End Ownership: Drive initiatives from start to finish, including defining MVPs and Lean Business Cases (LBC) together with Enterprise Architects and subject matter experts.
• Stakeholder Management & Governance: Present initiatives in governing forums and ensure proper reporting. Balance needs from various stakeholders within the organization.
• Security & Tech Debt: Ensure that security, compliance, performance, risks, and technical debt are integrated and prioritized in parallel with business value.
• Agile Teamwork: Work closely with the development team daily and actively participate in agile ceremonies (demos, quarterly planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions).

Who Are You? (Requirements & Competencies)

We are looking for a Product Owner who combines business acumen, technical understanding, and strong, coaching leadership ("servant leadership") to drive the development of our digital loyalty solutions.

Must-Haves (Professional & Technical Skills):

• PO Experience: Documented experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
• Digital Product Development: Strong experience in digital product development, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Methodologies: Good understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum). Experience working with MVPs, business cases, and data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Understanding: Good understanding of system landscapes, architecture, and technical dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Solid experience with stakeholder management in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Languages: Fluent English in both speech and writing (international work environment).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with large loyalty programs, CRM, or customer platforms.
• Background from the travel industry, transport sector, or large membership-based business models.
• Experience with personalization, analytics tools, or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with many internal and external dependencies.
