Your role

As a Quality Coordinator with us, you will have a broad and developmental role where you contribute to ensuring quality in our supplier processes - both today and in the future.

This is a new role within our quality team, focusing on supplier quality. You will have an important coordinating function where you:

  • support and coordinate administrative tasks related to supplier quality
  • contribute to improvement work and the development of methods and processes
  • help structure and follow up on activities within supplier management
  • collaborate with colleagues in quality, purchasing, and operations

You will become part of a team of 11 people with a strong team spirit and a helpful culture. We are part of the Aviation Services quality team, and together we work with supplier qualification and support the purchasing organization in setting requirements for our suppliers.

We actively work to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that our methods meet requirements from customers, authorities, and international standards.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a technical engineering degree, preferably in engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • interest in quality, purchasing, or supplier issues
  • some experience from industry (e.g., production, quality, or purchasing - can be internship/thesis)
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • good knowledge of the Office suite

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in:

  • quality work
  • project management or business development
  • management systems
  • improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
