We are currently looking for a Junior Data Process Lead for a long-term consulting assignment in Jonsered. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's data processes function efficiently in practice. You will work on defining, improving, and standardizing how data is created, maintained, and used to support business decisions, operational work, and digital initiatives.

You will act as a key link between business operations, IT, and data functions, contributing to the creation of structured working methods that ensure high data quality and efficient processes.

• Define and document data processes from start to finish within the relevant area

• Standardize how data is created, validated, and maintained across different teams

• Translate business needs into clear and practical data processes

• Identify root causes of data issues and drive improvement measures

• Simplify workflows and reduce errors through continuous process improvements

• Ensure high and consistent data quality across systems

• Ensure that processes adhere to established governance models, guidelines, and standards

• Collaborate with stakeholders within business, IT, and data

• Drive the implementation of new or updated data processes

• Support the business in change management and ensure strong adoption

• Documented and established data processes

• Improved data quality and increased data consistency

• More efficient workflows with fewer error sources

• Completed process improvements based on identified root causes

• Increased alignment on working methods between business and IT

• Successful implementation and adoption of new processes

• University degree in Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or a similar field

• Experience in process design and process improvement from an end-to-end perspective

• Strong analytical skills and experience in identifying root causes of problems

• Structured working approach with the ability to analyze patterns and areas for improvement

• Good ability to drive change in complex organizations

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP

• Experience with product or PLM systems, such as Teamcenter

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization and reporting tools

• Understanding of data structures and information flows between systems

• Analytical and solution-oriented
