Here, you will have a key role where you combine your experience from healthcare and social care with system administration and improvement work. You work close to the operations and contribute to creating working methods that make a difference for both employees and residents.
You will become part of the Finance and Analysis department, where system administrators, controllers, and financial administrators work together with a focus on follow-up, control, and development.

The Assignment
As a System Administrator, you work with the administration and development of the operational system Lifecare/Procapita for healthcare and social care, as well as related systems.
You are a support to the operation's users and ensure that the system functions in daily work.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Supporting and guiding users in their daily work
- Training employees and strengthening digital competence
- Planning and implementing system updates
- Managing contact with the system supplier and the IT unit
- Handling permissions and system administration
- Developing working methods and processes related to system support
- Producing data and reporting statistics, and contributing to the development of data-driven decision support
- Working closely with case workers, operations, and external providers

The role involves working in a complex operation with many stakeholders and needs. You will alternate between solving urgent issues in the operation and driving long-term development of systems and working methods – a role for you who thrives in both operational and strategic work.

What you need to bring
The role is particularly suitable for you who currently work within healthcare and social care, for example as a case worker, and wish to develop further.
Requirements
- Experience from healthcare and social care, e.g., as a case worker
- Good understanding of processes within elderly care and/or LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments)
- Good digital skills and interest in systems and digital working methods
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
Merits
- Experience with Lifecare/Procapita for healthcare and social care
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as SoL (Social Services Act) and LSS
- Experience in system administration or a similar role
- Experience in training, coordination/project management, or improvement work

About us
Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The assignment is to meet the residents' needs for healthcare and social care. KSON therefore has unique prerequisites to seamlessly meet the residents' needs for effective holistic solutions and is governed by a board with elected officials from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.
KSON has agreements with many providers and also runs healthcare and social care in its own name through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget scope amounts to approximately 4.8 billion SEK, and we currently have approximately 120 employees with mainly purchaser, owner, and authority assignments within the administration.
Norrtälje Municipality is part of a Finnish administrative area, and we view it positively if you are Finnish-speaking or know some of the minority languages or other languages.
