We are looking for a certified German teacher for a permanent position at 50% starting on August 11, 2026. We offer teaching in German for grades 6–9.

The position is located at Casa Montessori in Partille. The school is the municipality's only independent school, offering preschool, pre-school class (F-klass), grades 1–9, and after-school care, with a total of approximately 225 students. Casa Montessori in Partille has been operating for over thirty years. The school is based on Maria Montessori's pedagogy, which is evident in features such as age-integrated classes working in groups of about 20 students. The German groups are smaller, with approximately 10 students per group. Our students are trained to become independent and self-reliant, with confidence in their ability to handle life's situations. Support is available through the school's student health services, including a school psychologist, counselor, special education teacher, and school nurse.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an engaged teacher with qualifications in German. You should hold a pedagogical university degree, have experience working in primary/secondary school, and have a genuine interest in Montessori pedagogy.

You will work with small student groups (approx. 10 students per group in German) in grades 6–9, contributing to both their academic and social development by fostering positive relationships between children and adults.
