On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master - Infrastructure & Platform Services. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-08-17 and run until 2028-08-16.

About the assignment

We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master who wants to contribute to creating stable, predictable, and efficient deliveries within IT infrastructure and shared IT platforms.

The section's mission is to develop and ensure a robust production environment for business-critical IT services. Based on the organization's combined requirements, infrastructure services are delivered according to established SLAs, where agile working methods are a key enabler for success.

In this role, you will become a key person who coaches teams and product owners, drives continuous improvements, and creates conditions for efficient deliveries in a complex organization with multiple teams and dependencies.

As a Scrum Master, you will among other things:

• Plan, facilitate, and develop the team's agile ceremonies
• Coach teams and product owners in agile working methods and principles
• Support the teams in backlog management and prioritization
• Work operationally in agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Identify and remove impediments that affect the team's delivery capability
• Drive and implement improvement initiatives that strengthen the team's efficiency
• Establish structures, working methods, and processes that contribute to stable deliveries
• Monitor and visualize the team's capacity, delivery capability, and development over time
• Collaborate with product owners regarding goals, deliverables, and priorities
• Manage dependencies between teams and contribute to increased coordination in the organization

The work is carried out in close collaboration with teams, product owners, other Scrum Masters, team coaches, and the responsible manager.

Start: 2026-08-17
End: 2028-08-16, with the possibility of extension 1+1 year
Scope: 100%, 40 hours per week
Location: Stockholm
Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Team Coach in agile organizations
• At least 2 years of experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams and product owners in agile working methods
• At least 2 years of experience from larger organizations (over 200 employees) with multiple teams and complex dependencies
• At least 1 year of experience independently driving improvement work in agile teams
• At least 2 years of practical experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, including backlog management and follow-up

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience managing dependencies between multiple teams and establishing collaboration structures
• Experience facilitating larger workshops with more than 15 participants, such as PI Planning, Open Space, or similar forums
• Experience from the public sector

Desired personal qualities:

You have a coaching approach and the ability to create engagement, involvement, and trust in the teams you work with. As a person, you are sensitive and unpretentious, while also daring to challenge established working methods when needed to drive improvement and development. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize in a complex environment with many contact surfaces and dependencies. Furthermore, you thrive in collaboration with others and are skilled at building relationships with both team members and product owners, managers, and other stakeholders. You are driven by continuous learning and see the value in creating conditions for stable, efficient, and sustainable deliveries over time.
