Job Description

The tasks vary depending on the customer's need for assistance. You will mainly work with good nursing care, service, and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, certain health care tasks, and development work.

Your mission is to provide support, structure, and security in everyday life, including:

• Support in personal care and daily activities.
• Motivational conversations and emotional support.
• Help following strategies, routines, and treatment plans.
• Documentation according to Enköping Municipality's guidelines.
• Collaboration with relatives, colleagues, and other professions.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or treatment assistant (behandlingsassistent).
• Have specialized education in psychiatry or equivalent further education.
• Preferably have experience working in psychiatry, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), HVB (Hem för vård eller boende - Home for care or housing), outpatient care, or similar.
• Have a good ability to build trust and treat people with respect and professionalism.
• Are secure, stable, and can work both independently and in a team.
• Master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have a driver's license.
• Can cycle.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
