About the role

As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly. You work with monitoring, adjusting, and ensuring that machines and production lines maintain the correct levels regarding operation, quality, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Starting up and monitoring machines
• Adjusting and troubleshooting as needed
• Ensuring the right quality in production
• Performing simple checks and maintenance
• Contributing to an efficient and safe production flow

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience from industry, production, or machine handling and who have a good technical understanding. You thrive in a production environment with a high pace, have a natural flow-oriented mindset, and understand the importance of quality, structure, and efficiency in daily work.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are flexible in your working methods, keep your cool when the pace increases, and have a positive approach in collaboration with others. A forklift license for counterbalance forklifts is also required for the position.

About the employment

Location: Älgarås Scope: Full-time Start: Immediately

You will be employed by Skill and work as a consultant for one of our clients in Älgarås. The assignment starts as agreed and usually begins with a 6-month period, with good opportunities for extension or takeover by the client.
