About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of LTC for an IT Technician who will work closely with customers on both the operation and development of their IT environments. You will often be working with customers who do not have their own IT department. You will rarely work alone and will be regularly on-site at customer locations. Your working days will vary between service visits, project assignments, and office work.

This is a direct recruitment process, meaning the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest, but you will be employed directly by the client.

Your future responsibilities

You will generally work with the operation, support, and development of customers' infrastructure and IT environments. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting and advising LTC's customers with support cases.
• Configuration and installation of Microsoft 365, computers, and other IT equipment.
• Project work related to the development of the customer's IT environment and security.
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the team.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in technical support, preferably on-site for multiple companies and IT environments simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and client management.
• A genuine interest in IT.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious qualifications

• Knowledge of networking, Windows Server, RDS server, and virtualization environments.
