Are you a property technician, property caretaker, or maintenance technician with your own business? Are you looking for a flexible assignment within property services in Tierp and the surrounding area? Then this might be the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a self-employed property technician for our client who wants to work broadly with troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing maintenance in residential properties and buildings.
About the assignment – Property services in Tierp
The assignment involves supporting the existing organization within property management and technical maintenance as needed. The work is varied and suits you who are accustomed to service, repairs, and practical property work.
Working hours: weekdays 07:00–16:00
Assignment type: flexible staffing / ad-hoc assignments
Tasks within property technology and property management
You will work broadly within property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, for example:
Property services in apartments and common areas
Replacement and repair of fittings, doors, hinges, and furniture
Carpentry work such as installing skirting boards, architraves, doors, and kitchen doors
Repair of external building parts (gutters, wind protection, wooden structures)
Plumbing work such as fixing leaks, replacing mixers, repairing toilets (according to Säkert Vatten standards)
Simple electrical installations such as replacing sockets, switches, and fixtures
Service, troubleshooting, and repair of white goods
We are looking for you who are a property technician or property caretaker and who
Run your own business within property services, property management, or technical maintenance
Have experience in practical property work and repairs
Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
Have a Category B driver's license and your own service vehicle
Have good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

The assignment is located in Tierp, and we prefer that you are based in Tierp, Uppsala, Gävle, or nearby areas.
