About the Role

In this role, you work with our properties. Your work provides the best prerequisites for driving projects effectively and safely in our facilities. You hold the whole picture together from the initial idea and requirement specification, through planning and implementation, to the delivered solution. You work closely with the Swedish Armed Forces, other authorities, suppliers, and sometimes international actors – so you will have many contact points and a daily routine where collaboration is central.

You are responsible for creating clear structure, setting goals, planning, and following up on projects. You ensure that requirements for security, working environment, environment, and sustainability are actually followed, not just written on paper, and you lead project teams with various specialists, becoming the one who holds the threads together. Your role also includes developing our test resources, primarily related to properties, in a way that creates the best possible conditions for conducting testing and evaluation related to exercises within the framework of joint operations. We want to constantly become a little better, a little more precise, and a little more efficient, and your work contributes to this.

About You

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education as well as experience in project management with subordinate project staff. Additionally, you have experience with project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent. Furthermore, good technical understanding as well as good knowledge of property and infrastructure processes, security, and sustainability. Good IT skills are also a requirement to perform the work well. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. You have a B driver's license.

We would like you to have project management training and/or an academic education with a focus on property development or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that is assessed as equivalent. Experience of FMV's process for new construction and property development is also seen as meritorious. As well as experience of handling complex construction projects within special properties with a focus on security, contract law, public procurement, working environment and leadership, PBL and AB/ABT, as well as urban planning in general. And knowledge of information and command systems. It is considered an advantage if you also handle speech, writing, and technical terminology in English.

Personal qualities are of great importance to us and we welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences. In the role of Project Manager Test & Evaluation Cyber, you will lead projects and collaborate with several different contact points. A prerequisite for succeeding in the role is therefore that you have a good ability to lead, motivate, and engage to create results and take a project from idea to goal. The role also requires good collaboration skills with several different contacts where your ability to listen and communicate becomes important. Furthermore, you need to be structured in your approach and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work.

Test and Evaluation

You will work in our business area Test and Evaluation, which is responsible for verifying and validating the materiel that FMV delivers to the Swedish Armed Forces. This means checking that FMV has received what was ordered and that the system can be used as intended.

T&E Cyber operates within the cyber arena. We work with verification and validation of joint operations, command systems, and functional chains. The goal of our operations is to support other parts of FMV with specialized competence and to lead operations within verification and validation.

Support functions for the operations are also found with us, carried out within T&E Cyber; Security Protection, IT, Finance/Controlling, Administration, and Production Coordination.
