AB Enköpings Hyresbostäder (EHB) is Enköping's municipal housing company with approximately 3,100 apartments and 38,000 sqm of commercial space. We are a municipally owned company with an important societal mission: to offer attractive housing and contribute to a safe and sustainable Enköping.

We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged Property Host who wants to make a difference in our residential areas.

Job Description

As a Property Host, you are one of EHB's most important contact points for our tenants. You work closely with the residents and contribute to creating a safe, well-maintained, and pleasant living environment. The role is varied and combines customer service, supervision, coordination, and practical work.

You will be part of a team together with other Property Hosts, repair technicians, and social coordinators for housing.

Your main tasks include:

• Creating and developing good relationships with tenants.
• Conducting regular rounds of the residential areas.
• Performing cleanliness inspections in connection with move-outs.
• Conducting recurring fire safety checks.
• Working actively with issues of well-being and safety.
• Participating in and contributing to area activities.
• Performing simple corrective measures.
• Ordering and following up on services and deliveries within your area of responsibility.
• Participating in budget work related to your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build good relationships and provide professional customer service.

Merits

• Experience working as a Property Host, building host, or similar role within the housing or property industry.
• Experience in customer service or service professions with many contact points.
• Knowledge of property management or simple property maintenance.
• Additional language skills.

As part of our combined suitability assessment, we would appreciate it if the final candidate could provide an extract from the criminal record register, "Control of Own Information". The extract is ordered by the candidate themselves from the Swedish Police Authority.
