About the role

As an assembler at Brose, you work in production assembling vehicle components according to clear instructions. The work places high demands on quality, precision, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of components according to work instructions

• Quality and function control

• Packing and material handling

• Following safety and working environment routines

• Collaboration with colleagues and team leaders

Brose is an international supplier to the automotive industry. The company develops and manufactures systems for car doors, tailgates, seats, and electric motors, among other things. Brose Sweden AB is located in Torslanda and collaborates with several major car manufacturers. We work with high quality, safety, and teamwork.

About you

To succeed in the role, it is an advantage if you enjoy performing physically demanding tasks, are a team player and flexible, and have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is also important that you thrive working at a high pace. Previous assembly experience is not a requirement; with the right attitude, you will have the opportunity to learn the job on site.

Formal qualifications

• Minimum grade passed in: Mathematics a/1, Social Studies a/1, Swedish a/1 or Swedish as a second language a/1 & English a/5
