Fazer Gateau, focusing on our central stores, is looking for you who loves freshly baked goods and is passionate about creating magical guest experiences.

What will you do?

• Provide world-class service when interacting with our guests at the checkout, behind the counter, and in the store.
• Be part of a tight-knit team that supports each other during both calm and intense moments.
• Learn about our French artisan breads and inspire guests with your knowledge.
• Work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

What are we looking for in you?

• Have a positive personality and a genuine interest in service.
• Enjoy working closely with people and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in service (café, restaurant, or retail) is preferred, but not required.
• Are at least 18 years old and ready to roll up your sleeves.

With us, you will receive a permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period, working 10–20 hours per week, with secure terms according to the Collective Agreement for Service (Confectionery Service Agreement 2025-2027) between HRF and Livsmedelsföretagen. The hourly wage is 100.97–168.38 SEK, set based on age and experience. Any additional allowances apply according to the collective agreement.
