In the beautiful foyer of Göteborg Opera, you will find the Opera Restaurant, a creative and public environment with many guests passing through.

GöteborgsOperan's restaurant is Swan Ecolabel certified, and a strong commitment to the environment permeates daily work. Lunch is served on weekdays, à la carte in connection with performances, the Opera Bar with its own menu, and larger events and banquets are arranged on occasion. In the summer, we open the popular Summer Veranda, located in the best sunny spot by the riverbank.

We are looking for you who put the guest's best interests first and want to be involved in creating a flawless experience for our restaurant and opera visitors. You are proactive, take responsibility, and share your professional knowledge, contributing to development in the kitchen. You enjoy working independently at a fast pace and have good planning skills. As a person, you are flexible, care that the work functions well within our team, and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of documented work experience as a bartender/server and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, along with good references. The work schedule includes daytime, weekends, and evenings, usually not later than 21:00.

The position is permanent and full-time (100%). We apply a 6-month probation period.
