About the role
As an employee here, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are currently looking for a Team Leader for our Flooring and Tiling department.
In the role of Team Leader, you have overall responsibility for leading and coaching your team members on the department, while simultaneously striving daily to provide the best possible customer service and advice to our customers.
Examples of duties
- Active sales of the product range within the Flooring/Tiling department.
- Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area.
- Responsibility for incoming goods and display, as well as setup and restructuring of the department.
- Analyze the department's product presentation.
- Be helpful on other departments when needed.
Your profile
- Upper secondary education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
- Relevant professional experience or education in flooring and tiling.
- Passion for offering our customers the best possible service.
- Realize customers' projects through professional advice on our wide product range.
- As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented.
- Good physical condition, as some departments require lifting heavier items.
- Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and forklift experience are meritorious.
- Prior leadership experience is a requirement.

Working hours/Duration: Permanent. Full-time 38.25 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
