Are you ready to take the next step as a Project Manager MEP Consultant and lead exciting projects in an international environment? As a Project Manager MEP Consultant at Ramboll, you will become a key player in our global initiative within industry and infrastructure – where you will take responsibility for both customer relations and technical solutions in complex projects.

Your new position

You will become part of the unit Building Services South, which consists of approximately 40 employees. We are part of our global Service Line Industry and Infrastructure Facilities, where we mainly work on large projects within industry, infrastructure, and also water treatment plants – often in multidisciplinary teams. Our organizational structure enables close collaboration across competencies and national borders, so that we can mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – regardless of where it is located in the organization.

In the role of Project Manager MEP Consultant, you will drive and be responsible for MEP technical installations in large projects from start to finish, ensuring that both the customer's requirements and our internal quality goals are met. You will have a central and coordinating role where you combine technical competence with leadership and business acumen.

Examples of tasks:

• Project management of both larger and smaller assignments
• Coordinate, lead, and distribute both resources and tasks
• Establish and deepen customer relationships and create new business opportunities with both existing and new customers
• Contribute to knowledge transfer within the group and business area
• Contribute to technological development and innovative solutions in assignments.

About you

• Relevant education in MEP
• Several years of experience in the consulting industry within MEP
• At least 5 years as Project Manager/Technical Manager within MEP
• The ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
• Commitment and drive to keep projects moving forward
• Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and innovation
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Interest in developing our collaboration with colleagues both in Sweden and globally.
