We are all different. And that is wonderful! We do not hire people based on a specific template, but on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. Things are going well for us, and we are growing rapidly. Now we are looking for more cheerful employees with the right attitude and willingness to develop!
About the job
We are now looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Löddeköpinge Center Syd, and who can work extra when needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The job essentially means that you contribute to our customers being able to buy good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Employment type: Temporary position as needed.
Start date: Immediately as agreed.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 16 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
Here is a bit more about the role:
- Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
- You greet our customers with knowledge, attentiveness, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
About us
For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we see that a really good collaboration gives the best result – while we also have fun at work.
A bit more about us:
- We are affiliated with the Collective Agreement for Retail Employees, which includes fair conditions such as pension, insurance, and good shift allowances.
- Our major heart issue is ensuring that everyone can afford good food. We open our own stores in socially vulnerable areas and help others open social grocery stores.
- Sustainability is important to us, and we always work to reduce our food waste.
- You gain experience – e.g., in sales, service, and store operations – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do later in life.

About you
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You like to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It is also great if you:
- See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, that is great!
If you want to know more about what the role entails, contact Lisa Persson, [email protected]. We would appreciate it if you sent your application as soon as possible, as the position may be filled before the final application date of 2026-06-16. We only accept applications via our job portals.
