About Flevogold
Flevogold specializes in frozen chicken products and collaborates with clients within foodservice, retail, and industry in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Our headquarters are located in modern facilities in the Rollsbo industrial area in Kungälv, where we currently have 14 employees. In the third quarter of 2026, we will move into our newly built office – an important step in our continued growth journey.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you have overall responsibility for developing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio, while actively identifying and creating new business opportunities.
Our customers are primarily located in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, making previous experience in sales within the restaurant, retail, or food industry advantageous.
You plan and conduct your customer visits independently, and the role involves approximately 3–5 overnight stays per month. To provide you with the best possible conditions, we offer a thorough introduction where you will get to know our products, customers, and working methods before taking full responsibility for your portfolio.
We are looking for someone who is curious about both people and food.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food industry
- A preference for working independently and driving your own business
- A business-oriented, structured, and results-driven approach
- A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
As a salesperson, you are unpretentious, clear, and relevant in how you create business value – for both customers and colleagues. You are a "doer" with a strong business sense, who sees the big picture, analyzes complex situations, and turns insights into concrete results.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, hold a valid driver's license (Category B), and are comfortable traveling within the Nordic region. Participation in trade fairs and customer events is a natural part of the role.
