You will step into a society-critical environment within the energy sector where a nationwide optical communication network carries data and telecommunications between stations, data centers, and control centers. Here, availability, stability, and structured change management are crucial for the business.

In this role, you combine project leadership with change management and help the unit plan, coordinate, and implement IT-related changes in a controlled and quality-assured manner. You work closely with technical specialists, administration, project operations, and other relevant functions, while also supporting the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.

This is a role for you who want to work close to the core of critical infrastructure, where you have significant influence in smaller initiatives and where well-executed changes have a clear impact.

• You drive and lead smaller assignments within the unit.
• You plan, execute, and follow up on change initiatives with a focus on structure, quality, and progress.
• You lead and coordinate work related to IT changes in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• You ensure that changes are anchored and implemented in a business-relevant and appropriate manner.
• You contribute to prioritization dialogues with administration managers.
• You support the business in the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.
• You work proactively and solution-oriented together with employees and other relevant functions.

• At least 5 years of work experience in project leadership or project management within critical IT operations for telecom or networks in the last 7 years.
• At least 4 years of work experience in administration organizations in the last 7 years.
• At least 4 years of work experience in change management in the last 7 years.
• At least 4 years of work experience in supporting businesses in the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.
• You are fluent in Swedish and can communicate freely in Swedish in speech and writing.
• You work in a structured and methodical way, are easy to collaborate with, and can handle several parallel assignments and tasks.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• At least 2 years of work experience in telecommunications infrastructure, focusing on optical networks, such as DWDM networks and/or fiber networks.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the energy industry.
