ABOUT THE ROLE

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sales of watches and jewelry, as well as simple watch repairs, such as battery changes and link removal. We have a fast pace with the customer in focus! A large part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

Other responsibilities include:

• Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
• Ear/nose piercing (training provided upon starting).
• Visual merchandising, restocking, and campaign changes.
• Inventory.

This is a permanent position for 5 hours per week with a 6-month probation period. There is a great opportunity to work more hours if needed, especially during July.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work experience in retail.
• A completed upper secondary education.
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish.

THE PROCESS
