About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

• Having overall responsibility for project execution regarding production, schedules, and results
• Planning resources and staffing, as well as leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Collaborating closely with customers and suppliers to ensure good relationships and high delivery quality
• Ensuring that projects are characterized by high quality, structure, and order

Your profile:

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical sector
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience from similar tasks, preferably within the electrical industry – but for the right person, a background in related areas, such as construction, may also be acceptable.

We believe you are a driven and outgoing person who is motivated by good results and creating a developmental environment for employees. You have street smarts and are not afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary.
