WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help create a safe, developmental, and meaningful everyday life for our students?

We are looking for you who want to combine pedagogical responsibility with close work together with students and colleagues.

During school and leisure time, you will work actively together with colleagues to promote students' development, learning, and social competence in a safe and inclusive environment.

The work involves a varied everyday life where you participate in activities both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, and meet students with different needs for support, care, and pedagogical adaptation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have pedagogical education in school/after-school care and experience and interest in developing our operations together with colleagues.

You need to be flexible, solution-focused, and secure in an event-driven everyday life, as well as have good collaboration skills and a professional approach. You can plan, structure, and develop pedagogical operations, have digital competence and a willingness to learn new things, and see each student's needs, strengths, and opportunities.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
