About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who wants to work hands-on with both UX/UI design and frontend development in Angular. This role combines user experience, design, and programming, making it perfect for you if you want to take full responsibility from idea to finished solution.

You will help build new digital solutions from the ground up, collaborate closely with stakeholders and users, and ensure that interfaces are intuitive, sustainable, and of high quality.

The purpose of the role is to create user-friendly and robust frontend solutions that meet real needs. You will work with both design and code to translate requirements and insights into thoughtful and well-functioning Angular applications with a focus on long-term quality. You will work in an agile team where communication and collaboration are extremely important.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Design UX/UI: create user flows, interfaces, and interactions based on stakeholder and user needs
• Take ownership of shaping the design process.
• Develop frontend in Angular, focusing on new solutions
• Implement your own design from e.g., Figma into a finished Angular UI that others can follow
• Ensure good user experience, accessibility, performance, and quality
• Work on structure, code quality, and longevity in the frontend
• Have ongoing dialogue with stakeholders and users to understand needs and improve solutions
• Act as a mentor for junior developers through code reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Explain solutions and technology in a pedagogical manner
• Work in agile and cross-functional teams
• Participate in IT on-call duty (24/7 support) according to schedule in the future

Requirements

We would like you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a senior frontend developer
• Very good knowledge of Angular
• Experience in designing UX/UI yourself, not just implementing finished designs
• Skilled at translating user needs and design into working code
• Enjoy building new things and evolving solutions over time
• A strong sense for user experience, quality, and requirements gathering
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Are a team player with good collaboration skills
• Communicate clearly in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Are accustomed to an agile way of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems
• Experience with frontend performance optimization
