WORKPLACE: REHABILITATION SERVICES

As a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist, you are part of the Individual and Care Department's organization. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist/physiotherapist and want to work with municipal operations, work in a team, and be part of the development of rehabilitation. We offer you a meaningful and stimulating job together with the work group, which has long experience and broad knowledge. The work group consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, nursing assistants, and assistive technology technicians. Personal competence development/training is seen as a natural part of the continuous quality assurance we strive for. An individual competence plan will be drawn up for you.

As an occupational therapist/physiotherapist, you create conditions together with the rest of the team for the individual to live as active and independent a life as possible from a person-centered approach. The rehab team is responsible for rehabilitation measures in both special and ordinary housing, short-term care, and within LSS/Social Psychiatry. We have a developed training operation with rehabilitation assistants and licensed staff distributed across different areas of responsibility. You are responsible for assessment, training, treatment, and prescription of assistive devices. The duties also include initiating, participating in, and conducting systematic quality and development work, as well as supervising staff and relatives. Collaboration, both internally and externally, is central. As an occupational therapist/physiotherapist, you are part of a team around the individual and collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, nurses, needs assessors, and care staff.

You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team, and to be a carrier of a positive work climate. You are engaged, flexible, responsive, communicative, and have a good approach to people. A driver's license with category B is a requirement. You must be a licensed occupational therapist/physiotherapist, have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and have good computer skills. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Experience of municipal rehabilitation is an advantage.
