Your Assignment

As an Agile Coach and Case Handler, you belong to a unit within the Department of Technology. The department is responsible for providing FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The department develops, maintains, and operates new technical systems as well as managing the operation and maintenance of existing systems. You will be part of the department's LACE-team (Lean Agile Center of Excellence), which is responsible for driving the department's agile transformation.

We are looking for you who want to work with agile coaching and support in agile methodology in an agency that is growing and undergoing changes. As a key person in the Department of Technology and FRA, you will have overall responsibility for strengthening our agile capability. The assignment is to develop colleagues' competence in agile working and thinking methods using your knowledge and experience of agile methods. This also includes processing cases coming into LACE and being involved in the development of our model for applying SAFe.

Your main tasks are to:

  • Coach and act as an advisor in the organization, for example for teams and leaders, in agile ways of working
  • Develop and conduct training and workshops on agile working methods and values
  • Work on process and method improvements
  • Contribute to identifying and helping to remove obstacles to optimize the department's delivery capability
  • Develop and use written and oral communication material

You will also represent LACE and administer training as needed.

In this role, you have many internal contacts, and business travel may occur.

What You Bring

We are looking for you who have:

  • An academic degree, or alternatively acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience
  • Experience working in a coaching role towards agile ways of working
  • Experience working with lean-agile frameworks, methods, and practices, such as Scrum, DevOps, Lean, or SAFe
  • Industry experience from IT
  • Experience working with business development
  • Experience developing and conducting workshops or training
  • Experience working with process and method improvements, from development to implementation
  • Experience with report writing or academic writing
  • Very good knowledge and ability in Swedish, both in speech, reading comprehension, and writing

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • An academic degree with an IT focus
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
  • Other certifications in agile working methods, frameworks, or roles
  • Coach or leadership training
  • Agile coach training
  • Experience working with the implementation of a scaled agile way of working
  • Experience working as an RTE (Release Train Engineer)
  • Experience working with change management
  • Experience developing and working with measuring change
  • Experience working with hardware development and/or system development or alternatively IT operations
  • Experience working with configuring Jira
  • Good knowledge of English, primarily reading comprehension and translation ability

More Information

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, approx. 10 mins from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. Before employment, you will undergo a security check in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be mobilized in wartime.
