Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Jansson Entreprenad, you will have overall responsibility for preparing, leading, and driving our projects forward.

You will have a holistic grasp of everything from customer contact, work assessments, and risk assessments to the creation of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) documentation and ETC (Efficiency, Time, Cost).

You will maintain dialogue with both clients and subcontractors. Although we have a cost estimation department that supports with calculations, it is crucial that you can independently understand the project's economics and budgets.

During the projects, you will also act as the Construction Phase Coordinator (BAS-U).

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who finds opportunities in combining progress with sound economics and who thrives in a social yet systematic environment where we follow ISO-certified templates.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 2–3 years of experience independently driving projects, leading personnel, and handling safety issues (preferably with construction knowledge).
• Have a strong understanding of economics and costing.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license (mandatory).
• Are a humble team player who values looking out for one another.

It is highly meritorious if you:

• Have experience with demolition projects (preferably larger projects from 5 million SEK and upwards).
• Have experience with material handling (e.g., crushing, recycling centers, or asbestos) or have previously operated machinery.
• Are familiar with the business system Next.
• Already have training in BAS-U and asbestos (if this is missing, training can be arranged).

Contracting company with over 80 years of industry experience. We perform contracts and services throughout the country. We are locally based in Linköping, with our own property in Malmskogen just outside Linköping in Östergötland. Part of the property is currently operated as an office and industrial hotel. We have our own recycling and sorting facility built on 65,000 square meters at the Malmskogen property. Our facility features its own portable concrete crusher and portable wood chipper.
