You will step into a socially vital operation within maritime infrastructure where several business-critical IT services are being modernized with a focus on increased digitalization and automation. Here, you will work with both in-house developed and purchased systems that support areas such as vessel reporting, port calls, pilotage operations, and revenue control.

The role involves significant requirements analysis and entails close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, test managers, and other key IT personnel. You will become a crucial link between needs and solutions, with the opportunity to influence how requirements work is conducted in a complex and development-intensive environment. • You lead workshops with business and IT to capture needs and transform them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• You visualize requirements through, for example, flow descriptions and prototypes to create a shared understanding between requirement setters and implementers.
• You analyze underlying processes in both business and IT to ensure that the requirements work in practice.
• You drive requirements into an agile development process and contribute when requirements need to be taken forward to procurement.
• You support the work with test cases, testing, and evaluation of test results together with test managers, testers, and other team members.
• You contribute to developing modern requirements work within the current business domain and actively share knowledge with other requirements analysts and leadership roles.

• At least five (5) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years in the role of Requirements Analyst or Requirements Manager, involving conducting analysis work, gathering needs, and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements as well as visualizing requirements.
• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working in teams using agile methods.
• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working with requirements in case management systems such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or similar.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working with the development of methods and approaches within requirements management.
• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working as a Test Manager.
• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working in the role of Requirements Analyst with information and process mapping.
• At least three (3) years of experience gained within the last ten (10) years of working in the role of Requirements Analyst in assignments with high security classification at a government agency.
• Documented experience with tools for prototyping and visualization.
