What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/candy picker for a fixed-term position of 35 hours/week starting on June 8th, where you will be responsible for Cloetta's loose-weight and natural candy departments in stores in areas including Fjälkinge.

The fixed-term position runs from June 8th for approximately 3–4 months, with a break during weeks 30–32.

The role involves working independently, meaning you will work on your own in the store during your shifts. You will follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Restock and ensure that the loose-weight and natural candy departments are well-stocked and present an appealing sales display
• Pick products from the store's warehouse
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy departments
• Place orders for goods according to established routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
• Access to your own car during all work shifts (mandatory)
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed according to plan
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice
• Good physical condition as the work involves repeated lifting and a lot of movement

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or store work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment conditions:

The fixed-term position is for 35 hours/week, running from June 8th for approximately 3–4 months, with a break during weeks 30–32. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between the Swedish Retail and Hospitality Federation (Svensk Handel) and the Union for Shop, Food and Tourism Workers (Handelsanställdas förbund).
