About the Role

You will step into an operation where IT changes affect a nationwide optical communication network that carries data and telecommunications between stations, data centers, and control centers. The environment is mission-critical and places high demands on availability, stability, and structured change work.

Here you will combine project leadership and change management in close collaboration with technical specialists, administration, project operations, and other relevant functions. You will become a key link between technology and business when changes are to be planned, anchored, and implemented in a controlled and quality-assured manner. The role suits you who thrive in complex IT environments where order, collaboration, and improvement work make a real difference. Responsibilities
  • You drive and lead smaller assignments within the unit.
  • You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of change initiatives.
  • You lead and coordinate work related to IT changes in a mission-critical environment.
  • You ensure structure, progress, and delivery throughout the change work.
  • You anchor changes and contribute to prioritization dialogues with administration managers.
  • You support the business in the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.
  • You collaborate closely with employees and other stakeholders with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of work experience in project leadership or project management within critical IT operations for telecom or networks in the last 7 years.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in administration organizations in the last 7 years.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in change management in the last 7 years.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in supporting businesses in the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.
  • You master the Swedish language and can communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • You work in a structured, methodical, and independent manner, and you have an easy time driving several parallel tasks forward.
  • You are clear in your communication, have good collaboration skills, and create trust in dialogue with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
Merits
  • At least 2 years of work experience in telecommunications infrastructure, focusing on optical networks, such as DWDM networks and/or fiber networks.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the energy sector.
