Do you want to work practically with products used in racing around the world?
MaxxECU develops advanced engine control units (ECUs) for motorsport and high-performance vehicles. Our products are used globally in racing – in cars and motorcycles – where demands for precision, reliability, and quality are extremely high.
Here, technology, practical work, and real-world application meet. Our products go from production to the racetrack in a short time – and every detail you work on matters in the final result.
We are now looking for an Assembler for our production in Tyringe.
In the role of Assembler…
…you will work broadly in production with assembly, processing, and handling of our products. The role is practical, varied, and suits you who enjoy working with your hands and taking responsibility for quality in every step.
The work takes place in a flow where tasks are rotated between different stations, making the daily routine varied.
Your main responsibilities:
Assembly of electronic products and components (e.g., screwing, gluing, and connecting)
Work at assembly stations and partially automated flows (robot station)
Preparatory work such as sanding and handling of components
Milling of aluminum parts in machine (after training)
Simple testing tasks and handling in the production flow
Contribute to order and structure in production as well as joint tasks
To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to…
…be practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an environment where pace is important and planning can change quickly – but where you never compromise on the quality of the final product.
We are looking for you who:
Have experience with practical work – preferably from production, workshop, or similar (professional or advanced hobby)
Are meticulous and quality-conscious in your work
Have good fine motor skills and are comfortable with detailed work
Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
Have a strong work ethic and contribute to the team's cooperative spirit
It is important that you can maintain a good balance between precision and pace, as production relies on a steady flow.
We would also appreciate if you have:
Experience in assembly or production
Forklift license (meritorious)
Interest in technology, electronics, or vehicles (not a requirement, but a car interest is a plus)
We value diversity and balance in the work group, so in this recruitment, female applicants are particularly welcome – but all applications will be handled equally based on competence and qualities.
What MaxxECU offers
Here, you become part of a small, close-knit team where the work climate is often described as relaxed and flat-hierarchical, with good team spirit.
We offer among other things:
A varied job where you get to learn several stages in production
Opportunities to develop within different parts of production over time
A work environment with close collaboration between production, development, and technology
Breakfast at the workplace and joint initiatives in daily life
The work takes place on-site in Tyringe in a business where production, testing, and development are located close to each other – providing a concrete and direct link between your work and the final product.
About the role and work environment
This is a role in a smaller company, which means you sometimes need to be flexible and help out where needed.
You work both independently and together with colleagues, and are expected to take responsibility for moving tasks forward – even when planning changes.
About MaxxECU
MaxxECU develops advanced engine control units for motorsport and high-performance vehicles. The products are used in everything from race cars to motorcycles and other applications where demands for precision and reliability are high.
Your employment will be with Svanberg Specialelektronik AB, which develops and produces the systems in its own modern premises in Tyringe.
How to apply…
…by uploading your CV. The application deadline is June 15, 2026, but do not wait as the recruitment process is ongoing. Please note that we do not accept applications via email.
We collaborate with ROI Rekrytering in this process. For questions about the recruitment process and the role, contact Niclas Wate at [email protected].
