Dun & Bradstreet is now looking for an engaged Customer Service Agent to join the Customer Service Business International team.

About the role: In this role, you will provide high-quality service to business customers (B2B). You are responsible for handling incoming cases with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficient processing, and understanding customer needs. You work methodically and have an eye for detail, ensuring high quality in everything you do. The role also involves contributing to the improvement of working methods and processes, where automation is a key part. A central part of the job is building long-term customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best possible solutions. You handle cases via phone, email, and chat, working proactively to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoice inquiries
  • Manage order disputes and incorrect charges
  • Assist customers with password resets and user setup
  • Provide general support and answer content-related questions about Dun & Bradstreet's products and services

We also look for:

  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Approval for a background check, including UC (credit check)

Merits:

  • Previous work experience, preferably within service or finance
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft-based IT environments

Practical Information

Start date: According to agreement
Client: Dun & Bradstreet
Scope: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term employment with a chance of extension
Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies
Location: Central Stockholm
Working hours: Office hours, possibility of hybrid work
