You are an important part of our sales organization, and your task is to help our customers find efficient, environmentally friendly, and profitable solutions for waste management and recycling. You work on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships, while offering services and products that contribute to a more circular economy. Your responsibilities: • Prospecting and new customer acquisition – Identify and process new business opportunities. • Building long-term and strong relationships with new and returning customers. • Responsible for your own sales budget and working purposefully to reach and exceed your goals. • Being part of an engaged team driven by always delivering quality and exceeding customer expectations. We want to be honest with you – the first few weeks might feel a bit overwhelming. The work is challenging at the start, and it takes time to get familiar with our systems, the different materials we handle, and how our processes work. In this role, there is sometimes a high pace with many parallel cases and new issues. You will encounter situations where customer needs change quickly, and where you need to reprioritize, make decisions, and find solutions along the way. This is a daily routine that requires presence, focus, and a willingness to dive deep into the business. For those who are curious, want to develop, and enjoy learning new things, there are all opportunities to gradually grow into the role and become truly confident in the business.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who is a true hunter – you love doing business, are competitive, and are driven by creating results. You thrive in a high-paced environment and take responsibility for your deals from first contact to closing. Personal qualities: • Strong internal drive and good structure in your work • Ability to work independently and take initiative • High social competence – you build trust and long-term relationships quickly • Flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle rapid changes • Responsible and confident in making decisions, even when many things are happening at once • Service-minded – the customer is always in focus Competence and experience: • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on proactive sales • Familiarity with working in CRM systems as well as handling quotations and calculations, e.g., in Excel • Experience from the waste, recycling, or related industries is an advantage but not a requirement • Valid driver's license (Category B) and familiarity with working in modern digital system environments
