The position is with the Wipro Technology Services BPS Practice and would be responsible for driving sales of our horizontal offerings within various industry verticals:
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years in consulting/System Integrator organizations with at least 10 years in related BPS, Software sales areas.
- Manage BPS sales for assigned accounts, drive revenue growth, and meet targets.
- Strengthen IT account relationships and identify new business within accounts.
- Use Wipro’s value propositions to boost sales and capture new opportunities.
- Collaborate across Wipro units to increase revenue and promote high-value services.
- Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and secure approvals for non-standard terms.
- Report account progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted IT advisor and join clients’ strategic planning.
- Coordinate internal resources for better customer experience.
- Develop reference customers and work with alliances and sales teams.
- Engage influencers for greater client access and growth.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews with delivery teams and clients to ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
